d'Alba Piedmont is new to me brand that I was very excited to try out. I have been using these products for almost three weeks and these were very easy to work into my routine.
What initially attracted me to this brand was the Peptide No Sebum Mild Gel Cleanser. It has a pH level of 5.5 and it's main ingredients feature white truffle and BHA. My skin tends to react strongly to harsh cleansers but this cleanser left my skin feeling fresh and clean without stripping it or drying it out. I personally loved the pump, it's very hygienic and the bottle sits beautifully next to my sink.
After washing my face, I follow up with the Peptide No Sebum Balancing Toner. I primarily used this toner on my t-zone because that is the area on my face that I tend to break out the most. This toner absorbed into my skin quickly and it left my skin feeling refreshed and moisturized.
I then followed up with the White Truffle Mist Serum. I love the smell if this mist so much. This mist is supposed to brighten and moisturize your skin. I personally don't notice much of a brightening effect but my skin definitely does feel moisturized after I use it.
My skin is very picky when it comes to sun screen and it's a struggle to find one that doesn't cause my skin to break out. The Waterful Essence Sun Cream is a new favorite of mine. My skin showed no reaction what so ever to this essence and it sat wonderfully under my make up.
Final Verdict: Overall, I am very impressed by these products from d'Alba. My skin reacted wonderfully to these products and I will likely be repurchasing the Sun Cream and the facial cleanser! I will also be looking to see what other products are available from d'Alba.
Full disclosure: I did receive these products from StyleKorean in exchange for my honest review.
